White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened (not melted)
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 oz. white chocolate chips
    5 oz. Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a bowl, combine the butter, shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour and baking soda. Add white chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well. Drop by the tablespoon onto a lightly greased baking pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 2 to 4 dozen.
