Swedish Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cauliflower
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    3 hard-cooked eggs, cut in wedges
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Wash and trim cauliflower, leaving whole.
    Place in steamer over boiling water.
    Cover.
    Steam about 6 to 8 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Remove; keep warm on platter.
