Carol'S Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and Cheddar cheese together; set aside.
    Saute onion in margarine; set aside.
    Mix corn, muffin mix and eggs; add onions.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Top with sour cream/cheese mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
