Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. flavoring
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and knead as dough.
Roll in small ball in granulated sugar and press into rubber mold.
Unmold at once on waxed paper and let dry.
Makes approximately 50 mints.
Add coloring, if desired.
