Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (about 2 c.)
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine filling ingredients.
    Mix well and turn into pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes; reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted one inch from edge comes out clean.
    Cool before cutting.
    Garnish with whipped cream.
