Curried Chicken And Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. wild rice
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 yellow or red pepper, diced
2 stalks celery, sliced or diced
2 c. chicken, cooked and shredded
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
rice
Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, curry powder and juice of artichoke hearts. Cook rice and let cool.
Blend shredded chicken with rice.
Add the vegetables.
Chill for 12 hours or more and enjoy.
