Potato Ham Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. onions, diced
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. ham, diced
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Combine flour and melted butter.
    Add butter mixture, milk and diced ham to vegetables. Heat just to boiling.
    Let sit a couple of hours to allow flavors to blend.
