Honey-Baked French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    4 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 Tbsp. honey
    12 (1-inch thick) slices French bread
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat together the milk, eggs, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons honey.
    Dip the bread slices in the milk mixture.
    Arrange the bread by overlapping the slices in a greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and drizzle with the melted butter and remaining 2 tablespoons of honey.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
