Crabmeat 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    1 large can crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook pepper and onion in butter; add soup and milk.
    Heat through and add cheese.
    Stir until melted, add crabmeat and lemon juice.
    Cook on low heat until heated through.
    Serve over white rice.
