Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 C. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 C. zucchini, grated
1 C. chocolate chips
1/2 C. oil
2 eggs
3 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Mix milk, vinegar and vanilla; add to sugar mixture.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cocoa.
Add to batter and fold in zucchini.
