Connie'S Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper
    all-purpose flour
    shortening
Preparation
    Break the eggs over chicken; add salt and paprika and coat chicken well.
    Roll the chicken in flour.
    In a baking pan or skillet, melt shortening, heating until very hot.
    Place the chicken in shortening.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until the chicken is golden brown.
    Turn the chicken over during baking.
    Serves 4 to 6.
