Harvest Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. finely chopped apples
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add eggs, oil and vanilla. Mixture will be thick.
Beat 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in apples and nuts.
Bake in a tube pan, greased and floured, in a 325\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
