Egg & Sausage Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
2 Tbsp. onion
1 lb. breakfast sausage (broken up and cooked)
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated white cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together eggs, onion, sage and milk until well blended. Fold in cheese
and sausage. Put in greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes.
