California Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes
    1 bunch scallions
    1 can pitted olives, drained
    3 oz. chopped chili peppers
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    1 to 2 bags tortilla chips
Preparation
    Remove seeds from tomatoes and chop; finely slice olives and scallions.
    Add chili peppers.
    Add vinegar and oil; season with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
    Best served chilled and best made soon before serving.
