George'S Mushroom Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 slices bacon
4 egg yolks
1 egg
1 c. milk or heavy cream
1/2 c. mushrooms
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated or other kind
1 deep dish pie crust
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Cook bacon until crisp.
Put cheese on bottom of pie crust. Add crumbled bacon, then mushrooms.
Mix egg, cream cheese, onion, salt and milk.
Pour over bacon.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until done.
