Linda'S Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 1/2 c. salted Spanish peanuts
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix together in bowl, sugar and corn syrup.
    Cook on High for 4 minutes.
    Stir in peanuts.
    Cook on High for 3:40 minutes.
    Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Cook on High for 1:20 minutes.
    Remove from microwave and add baking soda.
    Stir until light and foamy. Pour onto buttered foil and quickly spread very thinly.
    Cool and break up.
