Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients. Melt the margarine in an 8 or 9-inch square pan. Add the corn mixture and stir gently. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
