Day Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 to 2 tsp. onion salt or 1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Mash with remaining ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
    Put into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish. Cover and place in refrigerator.
    Will keep from 4 to 14 days. Four hours before serving, remove from refrigerator and let come to room temperature.
    Sprinkle top with butter and paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
