Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 medium onions, diced
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 lb. chopped Velveeta cheese
    7 oz. pkg. Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine until transparent.
    Mix all other ingredients with the onions in a casserole dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Serves 10.
