Meat Loaf - Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. toasted wheat germ
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crumbled
    1 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. natural Mozzarella cheese, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese.
    Add cubed cheese and mix well.
    Pack into an 8 1/4 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch pan or shape into a loaf in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Push all cheese cubes into loaf.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about an hour or until done.
    Remove from oven and spread top with catsup.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes. This can be served hot or cold.
    Serves 6 to 8.
