Cajun Cashews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    2 tsp. white vinegar or red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt (I just use 1 tsp. garlic salt)
    2 c. unsalted, raw cashews
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line a jelly roll pan with a sheet of foil.
    Place the butter, vinegar, Tabasco, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and salt in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat and stir until the butter and seasonings are well incorporated.
    Add cashews and toss until they are well coated with mixture.
