Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. margarine
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Spread rhubarb in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Cream sugar and margarine and add milk.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into batter.
Pour over rhubarb.
Sift together cornstarch and sugar.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour boiling water over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
