Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cocoa
    dash of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon vanilla.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Use 2 tablespoons syrup to 1 cup milk for chocolate milk.
