Lyn'S Frito Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can kidney beans
    1 red onion, diced
    1 large bunch fresh broccoli
    1 brick Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
    1 tomato, diced
    1 large bottle Italian dressing
    1/2 bag Fritos, crushed
Preparation
    Drain beans.
    Cut broccoli into flowerets; discard any stems. Mix together beans, onions and broccoli.
    Soak overnight in enough dressing to cover mixture.
    Just before serving, add tomato, cheese and Fritos.
    Add remainder of dressing to taste.
