Stir-Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. beef or chicken bouillon
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    1 to 2 large tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Stir-fry the onion, pepper and garlic in the bouillon until tender.
    Add all the other ingredients; cook until hot.
    Serves 4.
