Single Layer Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat with wire whip.
    Bake in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    This is a very easy, moist and quick cake.
