Linguine With Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    3 large onions, sliced
    6 or more plum tomatoes (canned or skinned fresh), chopped and broken up
    salt
    pepper
    red crushed pepper
    1 lb. linguine
    grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Add cauliflower, olive oil, garlic and butter to large skillet.
    Brown cauliflower over medium heat until browned on same sides but still a bit crisp.
    Place cauliflower in bowl; set aside.
    Add onions to skillet and more oil if needed.
    Cook until wilted and slightly browned.
    Add tomatoes to onions.
    Heat.
    Add cauliflower, salt, pepper and red pepper to taste.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Do not overcook!
    Cook linguine.
    Add to skillet or put into large bowl with cauliflower mixture and toss.
    Serves 6. Pass the cheese.
