Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 tsp. creme de menthe extract
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 pkg. small chocolate bits
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Cook at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cover cookie sheet with brown paper.
Cool completely.
