Corn Mexicaine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. pimiento
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine peppers and butter and cook, covered, 3 minutes.
    Add corn, salt and pepper.
    Stir; heat through.
    Serves 4.
