Herbed Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. olive oil
    2 c. nuts (any kind)
    5 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary, sage and thyme
    1 tsp. paprika
    sprinkle of cayenne
    few drops soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Place olive oil in a shallow baking pan.
    Add nuts and toss them in oil until coated.
    Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Toast in oven at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Do not scorch the nuts.
    The nuts will keep cooking after being removed from oven, so do not overcook.
