Low Cholesterol Eggless Chocolate Layer Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine in a large bowl the flour, soda, salt, sugar and cocoa. Combine wet ingredients (water, oil, lemon juice and vanilla).
Pour wet ingredients in bowl containing the dry ingredients and mix well with fork (100 strokes).
Pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from pans.
When cool, frost with Chocolate Buttercream Icing or your favorite frosting and decorate with drained, canned mandarin oranges.
