Polynesian Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork roast
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. ketchup
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Season pork roast with garlic salt.
    Mix soy sauce, honey and ketchup.
    Pour over pork roast.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes per pound, basting periodically with sauce.
