Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 bananas
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
1 small bottle maraschino cherries, drained
Preparation

Melt 1 stick margarine; mix with graham cracker crumbs.
Pat mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix eggs, remaining stick of butter, confectioners sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Spread mixture on top of crumbs.
Slice bananas and arrange on top of mixture.
Spread drained pineapple over banana slices.
Spread whipped cream over that and top with maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
