Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. liquid Crisco oil
1 c. molasses
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. soda
7 c. flour
Preparation

Cover with Saran Wrap in refrigerator to cool.
Roll out batter; sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
