Chicken With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Remove skin and bones from chicken breasts.
Cut into bite size pieces.
Melt margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and onion.
Sprinkle with salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes.
Add soup, mushrooms with liquid and water.
Heat to boiling and continue stirring until mixture is smooth.
Reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
Do not boil.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
