Alfredo With Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 cloves minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
    3/4 c. cream or half and half
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    dash of pepper
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into long strips that resemble fettuccine noodles (8 cups total are needed).
    Toss zucchini with salt. Drain for 1 hour.
    Rinse; drain and pat dry.
    Over medium-high heat, cook zucchini in oil and garlic (approximately 2 to 4 minutes).
    Transfer to a large bowl.
