Spinach Lasagna Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cooked lasagna noodles
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 slightly beaten egg yolk
    Italian dressing or Italian seasoning to taste
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. Romano cheese
Preparation
    Drain spinach; squeeze out liquid.
    Microwave spinach until done; drain again.
    Cook beef and onions until brown.
    Drain fat. Stir together cottage cheese, egg, seasonings, garlic and salt. Mix with meat and onions.
    Spread mixture on noodles; roll them up.
    Place seam side down in oblong baking dish.
    Pour tomato sauce over rolls.
    Bake in oven for about 1/2 hour.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
    Makes an excellent low-fat meal with a tossed salad.
