Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper
    1 lemon
    1 can beef bouillon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Brown pork chops in skillet with small amount of fat.
    Pour rice into baking dish and place browned pork chops over rice.
    Peel and cut onion into 4 slices and place on chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cut lemon into 4 slices and set on top of onion.
    Pour bouillon over all. Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
