Beef Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, sliced into thin, long strips
1 tsp. seasoned meat tenderizer
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. fresh broccoli pieces
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. carrots, cut in thin strips
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Sprinkle meat with tenderizer and ginger; let stand for 30 minutes.
In a large skillet; stir-fry vegetables in 2 tablespoons of hot oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from skillet; set aside.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to skillet.
Cook meat, onion and garlic; stir-fry 5 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add liquid and vegetables to meat in skillet. Cook, stirring continuously until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice.
