Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Put everything together except sugar, then sprinkle sugar over the top.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Mix and serve.
