Zucchini Romano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 small zucchini or 1 large, sliced
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. chopped tomatoes (cherry if possible)
    grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onions in margarine (covered with lid). When tender, remove lid.
    Add chopped tomatoes and cook until heated through.
    Place on serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
