Glazed Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 chicken wings
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. pineapple preserves
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation

Prepare grill at least 1/2 hour before cooking, adjusting grid 6 to 8 inches above coals.
Rinse wings and pat dry.
In large bowl, combine vegetable oil, lemon juice and seasoned salt.
Toss chicken pieces in mixture.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Brush onto wings and place wings on grill over white hot coals.
Turn wings and baste with glaze every 8 minutes until golden brown and tender, about 16 to 20 minutes.
Wings are done if juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
