Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 c. nuts
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. apples, peeled and chopped fine
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs and lemon juice in bowl; beat well.
    Add flour; beat well.
    Add apples and nuts; mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 315\u00b0 for 1 hour.
