Rice Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Italian sausage
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
    black pepper to taste
    2 cans beef consomme soup
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Melt oleo in a 1 1/2-quart saucepan.
    Cook vegetables over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Pour into a large casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
