Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados (soft black ones)
    2 green tomatoes (almost green)
    1/4 c. Bermuda onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1/16 tsp. salt
    1/16 tsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. Mexene
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Reserve 2 avocado seeds.
    Scrape insides of avocado hull.
    Mix all ingredients and either add 2 seeds or 3 drops green food color to keep it from turning black.
    Tightly cover and keep it under refrigeration until ready to use.
    Yields 4 servings.
    Serve on chopped lettuce.
