Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pork roast
1 jar green olives, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 or 2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water
Preparation

Trim all fat from the roast.
Cut slits through the middle of the roast (deep).
Stuff with mixed chopped vegetables and olives.
