Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    4 to 5 potatoes, quartered
    1 to 2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    6 to 8 carrots, cut into 2 to 3-inch pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can Snap-E Tom
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in a heavy pot or Dutch oven, covered, for 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
