Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant, cooked
    1/2 stick butter
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (whip egg slightly in milk).
    Slightly toss together.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until bubbly all over.
