Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. cooked kielbasa sausage
    4 potatoes, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet.
    Saute potatoes, carrots, green pepper and onion in drippings.
    Add sausage; cut into 4-inch chunks.
    Cover.
    Heat until sausage is heated through. Remove to platter and top with crumbled bacon.
    Serves 4.
