Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs (old French bread is good)
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (for topping)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk and bread.
    Let sit a few minutes, then mix in food processor using a pulse-off procedure.
    Combine with all ingredients.
    Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
    Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs just before done.
    Serves 6.
